1. Cancellation and Refunds

The Services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable, full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the Service, change in the commencement date of the Service, your failure to attend or participate in the Service, modification of the structure or content of the Service. Course Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a course for any reason, including insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a course, we will provide you with a full refund paid in either cash or credit (for purchase of any other services of Home Eye Entertainmen of equivalent value at the sole discretion of Home Eye Entertainmen)

2. Refund Processing

Refund Amount. The amount of the refund will be the purchase price of the course, less any applicable discounts or promotions. Refund Method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the Entertainmen. Refund Processing Time. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the refund request.

3. Exceptions

Certification Exams. Refunds will not be provided for Home Eye Entertainmen or other assessments. Third-Party Products. Refunds will not be provided for third-party products or services that may be recommended or offered as part of a course.
